Rapid Lite is our new and innovative reduced-weight barrier system. It works seamlessly with all our products and is engineered to the same high quality you’ve come to expect from Rapid EPS. It’s fully compliant with industry standards, and the lightweight barrier is easy to use, transport and store, quick to install and dismantle, and cost-effective for any project.
We listened to our customer’s needs
All our products are made in collaboration with our customer’s needs, and the Rapid Lite Barrier is no exception. After listening closely to our partners and customers, we made the decision to add a lighter-weight, sustainable and economic barrier to our proven edge protection range.

Lightweight, sustainable, and cost-effective.
The Rapid Lite Barrier System is strong, durable, and fully recyclable. It also provides the market with an alternative option focused on sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
Transportation and handling also become easier at 17.5kg for a 2.6m barrier, with 60 barriers per stillage. In addition, it is designed to work seamlessly with all our existing products – including our market-leading rapid Post – making it fully compatible.
