With a dedicated Product Support Manager on hand, Rapid-EPS can arrange site visits to discuss and agree bespoke solutions for a variety of needs.
Site demonstrations and site-based training can be carried out with the help of our well-equipped demonstration van. The demonstration van allows Rapid-EPS to bring important equipment and product knowledge to the user, and allows for some levels of introductory training to be delivered at site.

All of the technical department are Rapid-EPS & EPF industry trained and approved to ensure they have full understanding of how and where the product is going to be used.

At our recently upgraded training centre in Leeds, product training and training covering the standard for temporary edge protection systems, BSEN13374:2013+A1.2018 is available to all customers.
The level of training undertaken at the Rapid Centre will involve practical sessions including product installation and hazard identification and also theory session.
