The scheme will regenerate Friargate into a revitalised area of the city as an office led, mixed-use model of sustainability and create a high quality gateway to Coventry will provide over 3 million square feet of mixed use space over 25 efficient and sustainable new buildings including:
- 14 Grade A office buildings
- Two hotels
- New residential dwellings
- Vibrant streets with retail/restaurant/bar units
- New high quality public spaces and the expansion and improvement of Greyfriars Green
