The Rapid Panel is a high-quality engineered edge protection panel manufactured from pre-galvanised steel with MIG brazed non-ferrous welded construction to prevent rusting.

Finished with a durable powder coating and supplied with an integrated toe board, the Rapid Panel delivers robust fall protection built to perform across the harshest construction environments.

Engineered with 2.7m fixing centres, the widest on the market, the Rapid Panel significantly reduces installation time without compromising on safety.

Independently tested by Lloyds British and proven to exceed the requirements of BS EN 13374:2025 Class A and B, the panel integrates seamlessly with the full Rapid-EPS range across concrete, steel and timber frame applications.

Available in three sizes, the Rapid Panel offers the flexibility to handle full perimeter runs, corner details and the tightest awkward areas with a single, consistent system.

Safety Standards

Our panels can meet the test requirement for standard height, extended height and full containment system height.

All products are fully tested by Lloyds British test house and have been proven to meet and exceed the test requirements set out in BS EN 13374:2025 Class A & B plus OSHA / O. Reg. 213/91 / AS/NZS 4994.1:2009.

Work Through Panel

The innovative Rapid Work Through Panel has been designed and tested to meet the requirements laid down in BS EN 13374:2025 Class A & B.

The simple but efficient patent pending panel system provides the facility for operatives to safely reach through the panel to access the perimeter of the building without compromising their safety.

As with all Rapid-EPS panels, the Work Through Panel has been designed to meet the challenges and expectations of today’s construction industry.

Rapid Panel Stillages

For added protection all new Rapid Panel are shipped in purpose built stackable transportation aids and are shrink wrapped to ensure the product is in pristine condition on arrival.

Rapid-EPS system testing Class A & Class B

The standard for temporary edge protection system is known as BS EN 13374:2025 Class A & B and clearly states how the tests should be carried out.

In order to meet requirements for a Class B edge protection system, Class A static load testing should first be carried out.

Class A

The edge protection must resist a horizontal force of 0.3KN whilst maintaining elastic deflection within 55mm. The top guardrail must also accept a vertical force of 1.25KN applied as an accidental loading. The Rapid Edge Protection System has had numerous static loads applied up to four times the requirement.

Class B

Must resist the same static loading requirement’s for Class A and additionally must pass a low dynamic impact sphere. This test applies impact energy of 0.5 KJ to the top rail and 1.1KJ to lower areas.
