The Rapid Web Fix Extension Brackets are engineered to expand the capabilities of the standard Web Fix Bracket, extending its reach from 250mm out to 1000mm beyond the face of the beam web. Available in 200mm and 400mm extension arms, the brackets give site teams the flexibility to fix Rapid-EPS edge protection to steel frames where greater overhangs, cantilevered slabs or wider façade returns would otherwise create complications.
Working in connection with the Web Fix Bracket, the most popular method of fixing edge protection to structural steel frames, the extension arms maintain full system integrity while opening up applications that standard brackets cannot accommodate. The bracket offers vertical and horizontal indexing through its offset hole pattern, with fixing positions modelled and indexed in advance for a fast, efficient installation on site.
